Easy Equities Customer support tumbles

I sent an online request to attain my tax certificate on 17 Sept. I got a ticket number, but I am still awaiting assistance. The usual drop down options on the site do not produce the certificate.

There is no more a telephone number on the site to contact, yet they claim on the website that helpful assistants are on standby to assist.

I made to separate queries regarding to of their products. All I get are ticket numbers, but no callback or email.

EE used to be on the ball. Not anymore. Time to move my portfolio.
