Easy Equities bad service

I sent my banking details for verification which they said would take 48 hours. After a few days after nothing happened I lodged a token and they came back and said I must submit a Bank Verification Letter and they would manually load it within 24 hours, It's been a few days and nothing has happened, Can they be trusted?
