Easy equities are unprofessional and lack decent staff

I would go for less than a 0 star rating. I doubt these guys will even answer me here that's how little they are concerned.. I have been struggling with these guys to get my bank account verified for over a month now, they would answer me by saying either my bank account isn't in my name or asking for a new statement. After constantly sending them proof in the form of a bank account they would just disappear and then close the ticket. I tried again yesterday, someone responded by saying "your bank account is verified" and nothing more. When i log in, there is still a lack of verification but they closed the ticket immediately without even checking.. AGAIN and now the consultant, yet again is nowhere to be found. this is ridiculous service and i recommend that no one use them.. you will not be happy with them!
