Easy Equities Application a No No for serious investors

The Easy Equities platform seems to be an ideal investment platform for buying and selling equities on the JSE. However it has some severe shortcomings. The support is minimal and at best is mediocre. Do not expect a response for help within 24 hours which in any event is useless as the response is both banal and of no value.

The platform is regularly serioysly under pressure and is overwhelmed the moment the market becomes volatile. Both performance and functionality in these circumstances is seriousky degraded and the lack of support therefore makes this platform and application relatively useless.

If I had the choice again of choosing a investment application it would not be this one.
