Easy Equities Appalling Customer Service

It's now 5 days since I loaded a ticket for my banking details to be verified, which was supposed to take up to 24 hours as per their automatic response to a loaded ticket. I still haven't received any feedback back on my query. I have sent a plethora of emails to them but it seems like they don't care for customer satisfaction.

Easy Equities and their parent company Purple Group are very misleading.
