Easy Equities add withdrawal account no answer

To withdraw money you have to email EasyEquities your bank account details. This takes 2 days to update in your account as they promise. I have submitted a ticket for adding a withdraw account 17 April, 27 April and 2 May. I have not heard anything back or seen any changes on my account. I tried calling them, but is said that they only accept emails due to the corona virus. Easy Equities is a financial institution and like the banks are able to still operate.

We are dependent on this funds to support ourselves, but are unable to access our funds now for a few weeks. Seems like they just disappeared into thin air?
