Easy Equities a ****?

Buyer beware!! This company happily took my money when I started investing. Now that I am redeeming, I get the run around. I started the procedure 3 weeks ago, and although I am fully FICA'd, and my funds were sent from the account that I am now redeeming to, it is just one hassle after another - almost as if they don't have liquidity?? I have sent stamped bank details, certified copies of the account etc etc. , but the major issue is that you cannot talk to anyone - all electronic! Just a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
