easy equities

what a pathetic level of service, shameful....i recently [ last week] transferred money into my account with easy equities.to date, the amount transferred is still not reflecting in my account, that is after attempting to contact them via mail on numerous occassions, providing them with a POP still, no one has bothered to reach and assist.....is this level of service acceptable??? being the custodians of my money i would expect a higher degree of service. this is not the way to treat investors and anyone out there should be very circumspect when giving money to service providers....do your homework....easy equities, your service is shocking ...CS
