It is to my utter disgust that The company I am a client of has not yet solved my issue for a period of a month now. I have been sending emails upon emails and they most recently made contact with me after I send multiple emails however the issue has not been solved yet. This is very concerning as I have given this company some of my hard earned money and I do not feel safe with them at all. I just want my issue to be resolved and fixed.
