Easy Equites - POOR service and communication

I am having trouble to reset my password to log in to my account. I have logged tickets and tried to follow the process but i dont understand why it is taking this long.837518, 837524, 837486, 837479.

This is extremely frustrating as i cannot reach easy equities at all.
