Dont use easy equities

I am so Disgusted by the terrible service I have got from these people. So far Every time I have tried to withdraw my money from easy equities they have delayed and given multiple excuses as to why they can't return my money on the time that i requested. Last year it took almost 2 months to get my money back, finally in January they sent me the money after threatening with this review. Again now in April I am trying to withdraw money from my account which should have been paid within 24 hours and its more than a week that I am waiting already. They don't respond to my emails and they refuse to give a reason other than "we escalated to finance" Doesn't that make you wonder why it is so easy for them to accept a transfer into their account and why there are so many issues when you want the money back? I would suggest not using easy equities at all for investments but rather using literally any of their competitors. While they might draw you in with the easy to use website, you WILL have problems getting your money back and you will actually not make any money as they Do not have any stop losses and they disable all the investments they believe to be "risky" I have been able to trade certain companies at other investment firms where easy equities have not wanted to. Not to mention the information they give you based on their research is usually either outdated or unavailable or insufficient. Definitely a waste of time and money. They have just lost 2 clients of 5 years
