Don't Recommend investing with Easy Equities RA No Transparency

I asked for withdrawal of funds from the easy equities RA due to poor or non performance of the product.

I was informed that I could withdraw the money if it was less than R15000 which it was now suddenly I received an email that my withdrawal has been processed but apart from the tax deduction of R400 easy equities also added an IT188 supposed administration penalty of which I was not made aware before withdrawal and paid that money over to SARS as well. So my investment of R2000 has effectively been ****** by them doing that you can't tell someone that they can withdraw their money and not warn them of this bogus charge IT188 I expect my money to be paid back to me.

Easy Equities needs to be held accountable and be transparent I have never seen nor had such poor customer service in my life
