Do they even exist?

It is a pity I did not read the reviews here before I started with this company. They are just pathetic. There is absolutely no support at all. I have been mailing, phoning, sending messages on Facebook - it is as if they are no existent! Pathetic. You can even see they do not respond to the queries here.
