Do not trust them with your money - once they have it they'll ignore you

8 deposited 1000 ZAR on the 6th of September in their USD account. It still hasn't reflected. I transfered fund from my sa easy euquqities account to the USD account in an effort to trade whilst waiting for the deposit. They were deducted from ZAR wallet but not added to the USD balance so sent a query requesting assistance with both. The interaccount transfer was rectified it's been 10 days now and the funds from bank deposit have yet to show. So I try and withdraw all my funds to limit further loss, but I'm also unable to. Do not trust them with your money. Their processes are manual and everything requires a ticket, creating login, requesting 2fa,broken 2fa, already verified account shows as unverified.... Really disappointed and will not stop until I get my money back!!!!
