Disappointed

I recieved an email this morning from Easy Equities asking me to complete a E-W8BEN Form. Only problem is the US address is required and wouldn't you know I dont have one since I'm living in SA. In any event I cannot submit a ticket on their site getting a CATCHA error and they dont allow for a personal contact. Very frustrating since I can't turn to any one to report the issue.
