Deposits missing, poor service

Service is terrible, I transferred a big sum on 20th, still not in my account.Then they expect me to sort it out! I have had numerous problems, deposits not being credited to my account, sale of shares and purchase of shares. Will move all the accounts (6) that i manage from EE. They just dont seem to care
