Deposit not transferring into my Easy Equity Account after a week. Pathetic.

I made a deposit of 10k using my credit card into my Easy Equity Account. The money went off on my account but has not been reflecting in the Easy Equity Account. I called the bank numerous times and they advise that the merchant hasn't banked the money. This happened on the 29th of April. I have tried to call Easy Equities but their call centre is offline. I have sent several emails but all I have received are automated responses. I have no idea how to solve this problem. Easy Equities need to bank or reverse the amount. I have 10k that is just in limbo. Very frustrated. The app is also patchy. I wouldn't recommend using this platform to trade or invest.
