Deposit not appearing on my wallet after 8 days

I deposited money through the Capitec Widget and it's been 8 days and money has not reflected on my wallet, I have already logged two support tickets and no one has come back to me, this is very disappointing, how am I supposed to trust Easy Equities if something like this happen.
