DEPOSIT AND SERVICE ISSUES

I deposited money into my account and for some reason, after waiting over a week, it has still not reflected. I have emailed on multiple occasions now requesting assistance and have not received the courtesy of a reply.

It is unacceptable that my money has not been allocated but beyond that it is unacceptable that nobody seems interested in rectifying the problem.
