Delayed transfer of funds to Easy Equities

Hi A transfer from my FNB TFSA account was done the last week of March, to my EE account. However, this money is still not showing up in my EE TFSA account. I have an open ticket (where I shared the transfer documentation) from last week (03/04) but still haven't heard back (#***). Please assist as a matter of urgency.
