DELAY IN TRANSFERRING FUNDS INTO TFSA

I made a written request to Standard Bank to transfer my TFSA funds to Easy Equities on the 13 AUGUST 2026. Standard Bank provided me with a Transfer of Tax Free Savings Account Certificate on the 20 AUGUST 2026.

To date( 13 OCTOBER 2026) , Easy Equities has not credited me with the funds to my opened Tax Free Savings Account

I have sent an email to Easy Equities on the 18 SEPTEMBER 2026 following up on the delay in the transfer of funds from Standard Bank

I received a ticket number *** and no follow up.

I also did a query check with Easy Equities on their whatsapp number *** on the same day.

I received another ticket number ***. Once again no follow up on the whattsapp number

Every Friday, I receive an automated message -Update on your portfolio transfer to EasyEquities.

It is now exactly TWO MONTHS since I initiated the transfer process. It took Standard Bank seven days to generate a transfer certificate. Why the delay in transferring the funds into my Easy Equities TFSA account? If the delay is with Std Bank then EASYEQUITIES should inform me so that I can follow up with the Bank.

IS THERE NO ONE IN EASYEQUITIES MONITORING THESE TRANSFERS.

I am just so gratefull that I have not transferred my wifes TFSA and our pension funds into EasyEquities.
