Deducting money for nothing

There is a problem with money being deducted from my account every month without justification but it is impossible to speak to a human being to resolve it. I have opened a ticket 4 times but I keep getting automated responses related to the problem that only show that I should NOT be getting charged this particular amount according to their own conditions. There is no phone number listed for support, only the bot ******* that doesn't help.
