Crooocks

So disappointed.I deposited the money on the 14 September but it doesn't show on my Easy Equity account till now. I emailed the team several times but they dont help me. I even sent the bank statement as a proof of payment , and they told to go back to the bank and asked if the payment went through. Which proof are you guys asking because the bank statement shows that i transferred the money on my Easy Equity account?
