Communication Problems cause stress

I have been investing with Easy Equities for four years now. It is easy to use and the costs are far lower than other facilities. I am considering moving shares I have elsewhere to Easy Equities, purely to keep costs to a minimum and simplify everything. I am feeling so unsure because I know it is a nightmare to reach them and communicate. This is a problem when I have a query or need money urgently or need support. Investec, where I have had an account for years, responds within an hour. Easy Equities sometimes takes many days. I wonder who else I can use? It is not easy to invest abroad with other financial services companies. Help! Not cool - the communication is essential.
