Communication is key in business

Over the last couple of years being a client on Easy Equities alot of down time was experienced. Having a platform with down time during the day makes no sense and also now having crypto and other markets available in different time zones the down time should be even less.

I know it was said its a share platform not trading but why then charge a monthly fee if it can't be kept online 24/7. Time is quite inportant when it involves Crypto where prices drop and climb instantly losing out on oppurtunities. The worst is no communication sent to clients saying a technical issue or down time? Why is that?

Communication is key and having a call centre number than loging a ticket which would take a day or more?
