Closing of account

I have send them numerous emails to close my account they have send me instructions to send them pictures etc which I did but I only received tickets and their famous saying " we will get intouch with you shortly . Thank you for your enquiry ". I told then to close my account and release money whatever is left it's almost 2month now and still that account active. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their support system is failing their client based so why even bother open an account. They are slow with feedback and still today I m still waiting for that account to be close. Very very poor customer services
