Extremely poor at addressing issues.

They claim to offer recurring investments, I was under the impression that it would conveniently save me time and allow me to save equally for all my kids. The system is unfortunately a dismal failure. I am stuck in a frustrating situation where they seem unable to follow clear instructions to execute purchase instructions correctly, leaving my kids with (unfairly) unequal investment amounts.

Their website is in even more of a shambles. There is an option to manage recurring investments online which has been dysfunctional for ages. It would be lovely if I could select this option and teach them how to carry out their jobs more efficiently in executing a trade correctly. I've pointed out this error in over 20 emails but keep cycling through the same responses from the same agent asking for the account numbers affected and being incorrectly informed that IT has confirmed that the issue has been resolved.

I've opened TFSA's for my entire family purely based on their favourable costs - however their attitude in addressing issues is the cheapest in the market as well. I've dealt with other trading platforms - FNB, PSG, Investec - they may be slightly more expensive but the superior service offered by far outweighs the minor cost difference.
