Can't delete profile

Created account to check things out. Didn't fill in any of my personal details (not something I am going to randomly share). After creating I realized it wasn't what I was looking for.

This is where the problem came in. TRYING TO DELETE YOUR PROFILE...... On the front-end there is no way you are able to delete your profile. Nothing. I contacted support to delete my profile and they respond with this.

"Kindly supply me with the below mentioned information and the certified copy of your ID so we can assist you accordingly.

User ID (account number) User Name (Login) Bank Name Last Deposit amount (If you have made any) Cell number ID number Email address and residential address Have you funded your USD account (If applicable)"

Ummmm no.... why should I provide you with my ID number, residential address, cell number, my bank name, and a certified copy of my ID?

Just to delete my profile? This is so close to being *******!!! So you are stuck with a stupid profile that you won't ever use.

Please stay away. This company is making it impossible to leave their platform. Thank goodness I haven't deposited any money.
