Cannot Sell or Withdraw my investments.

The only thing easy is giving them money. I have been an EE client for a few years now. Been really happy with everything until I needed to withdraw my money. It is not at all easy, the support team only responds with default answers that are not related to the query. Then they just decide to stop responding. I hope the Ombudsman can help me now
