Cannot remove my bank details from Easy Equities

I have been trying for weeks to get my bank accounts verified but the system is not working. I have asked for assistance on this but nobody responds to emails. This seems to be a **** as when I try to delete my bank accounts it will not allow me to do it, even though the help page says you can delete the bank account.
