Can I speak to a human please

This query has been open for more than a week and nobody is getting back to me. There is no human to speak to on the phone. On my initial enquiry I was sent back a generic response that did not answer my question and it was easy to tell that the person assisting me did not look at my portfolio to see what the issue was and chose to rather send a copy-paste response. I have followed up numerous times but no response. And again there is no phone number to call someone.
