Becareful with them

This is an email I wrote to them.

I was using ZAR to buy shares until I realised when you sell the amount is not the same as the one you receive. I understood the 15min delay

I then moved to USD, the amount on EE will be different to the LIVE one, but the disclaimer said it will change after buying to either less or more. But that was not true. I always got the same amount on the EE even when it didn’t move since hours & the live 1 was high

Then I decided to withdraw my money altogether maybe just leave 1in USD & ZAR. I just assumed this is a long term platform not for day to day trading.

I always loved to trade but when I saw you on carte Blanche I thought I will definitely try this time around

All my withdrawals were stopped for 14 days because I made a deposit into on the 18th. So I will get my money on the 1st.

But the settlement on the invoice ranges from 1, 2, 6, 7 July.

Which are all beyond the 14 days since my last deposit.

I was directed to your terms & conditions which says nothing about the 14 days forgot to add 5 processing days. Plus some few other days just to make money out of your deposit.

In a nutshell I will get my money after 30 days. I didn’t think I’m buying 32 days notice

Did I mention I was depositing every cent I got. Thought it’s better in your hands than the bank.

If I didn’t see you at CarteBlanche I will be convinced U r a high grade **** & I will never get my money. I failed to do due deligency because I assumed since you to appeared on Carte Blanche. You are a top notch company.

I more angry at Carte Blanche than EE. I am going to let them know

I’m even afraid to sell my last stock because it will definitely delay the other

I think I must have also skipped to mention the part we’re there is no food in my house. my bank account is 00 & I have 2 kids.

But it doesn’t matter, it’s important you all kids to eat first mine will get the crumbs after.
