Bad service, Cant speak to any person via phone

I have requested Easy Equities to assist me with my portfolio after my computer was hacked and I have lost all my info. My ticket Number is #***. Please stop sending me a mail telling me it has been resolved. I do have my username but not my account or password. How many times must I notify you that my current email on your system is not working because my detail was hacked. Your service sucks
