Bad service

i withdrew my money on the 6th of April 2021 to this day i am still waiting for my money , i logged a ticket nothing happened then i gave them a call the agent that i spoke to said she cannot help me she took my details and i am still waiting for a call so that i can be assisted , their service sucks they said money will reflect withing 5-7 working days but nothing on my account
