BAD SERVICE

I logged a query for funds I transferred on the 07/01/2025 and then on the 09/01/2025 I logged a query and got ticket number ***, the service is very bad for a first time customer on "easy properties" no one called or emailed me and they say their queries take up to 36 hours, its way over 36 hours.
