Annoying service experienced

I had a most horrible experience with these guys when I was trying to sell my “easyproperty” shares. I sold them and got the confirmation that I sold and they went mute on me until the auction closed and days later I called and I was given the ****ty explanation and now I can’t sell them them until the next auction. It’s just annoying experience
