Am I being de*****ed by EE?

Great platform when it works. Customer support is absolutely terrible. Ever so polite, but they don't read the questions in the emails.

It looks like someone at Easy Equities is messing around with my banking details on the platform without me asking them to do it. When I ask what is going on, I get ignored. How do I get someone honest to help me?
