Allocation to new listing frustrations

I app**** for a new listing in November 2022. The investment has not yet been allocated to my account or my funds returned. I can’t seem to get a straight answer from logging a ticket. I can’t call anyone to help. Very frustrating. I just want to know if my reserved funds will be returned or if the investment is still going to take place….
