Tried this platform after it was recommended by a friend, thought let me try with a "couple of cents". In comparison to Luno and Altcoin Trader, I am just utterly disappointed. Communication and service level are just non -existent. An investment (money) driven platform that just fails to update or verify banking details is REF FLAG.
