Unhappy Client

Good day

My mother was with Easy Debt Solution for debts assistance on April 2018.

And they had an agreement that she must pay them a monthly installment of R6 000 for a period of 4 Years in order to have all her debts paid up.

2 Years later in the agreement, she went to draw a statement from her debtors, and realised that one of her Debts was accumulating arrears despite the payment arrangement from Easy Debt Solution.

She got shocked when she saw all this and called Easy Debt Solution to find out what was happening, and Easy Debt Solution insisted that they've been paying everything as per agreement.

Due to the dissatisfaction she got and not being convinced that it was true that they've been paying, she went to seek help from DC Partner to terminate the contract and resume her previous payment plan with her debtors.

As we speak she is now paying arrears that were brought by Easy Debt Solution and now struggling more than before. Please help us get justice as we are really unhappy with their services.
