Already breaking the law

On the first day of the new popi act and already calling me and I’m on the do not contact list. When I asked why they’re calling because i didn’t give them permission I got “don’t you have debt”? That’s not what I asked. I didn’t give them Consent and I’m on the do not contact lists! I just got out of debt anyways so not sure why they think I need help.
