Spare wheel supp**** does not fit the vehicle

I bought a vehicle from this dealership (EasyCars, Strand, Western Cape). As part of the deal, the vehicle included a spare wheel as discussed prior to purchase.<br> <br> When negotiations where completed, funds were transferred and the vehicle was prepared for pickup, it was discovered that there was no spare wheel. After querying the matter, a spare wheel was supp**** some time later.<br> <br> Fortunately, I did not need the spare wheel until last weekend. I found myself on an isolated dirt road with a flat. When attempting to change the wheel, I discovered that the spare provided does not fit the vehicle make and model.<br> <br> When attempting to rectify the situation, I was told that there is nothing they could do and that is how they received the vehicle. When asking the person( Judith) if she would be happy purchasing something only to discover what she got is not what she paid for, I was told there is nothing that can be done.<br> <br> I do not think this is fair and not a reflection of the business, and I hope that they can do better than this. After all, customer service should not stop once money is handed over.... this is why we have the Consumer Protection Act.<br> <br> Regards.
