Selling under false pretenses

I bought a 2010 Renault Twingo from you guys in September 2014, at the beginning of February the car just stalled on the N1 with a broken timing belt.<br> According to Renault the timing belt should have been replaced with the previous service it had (90000km), you guys sold the car with full service history, but the belt wasn't replaced.<br> The only proof of service on 90000km I received from you guys was an oil change?<br> <br> When I phoned in February, I was told that you only provide a 1 month warranty on the cars you sell, while the law says there must be a 6 month warranty or it must clearly state S****?<br> <br> The mechanic also picked up that the car had a front smash, as a piece of the chassis has been welded in front, I was not informed of that??<br>
