Pathetic Aftersales Service

<p>Earlier this month I bought a car from NOT SO EASYCARS. On the day of collection i was told that a manager, who was not there, had the spare keys, owners manual and service booklet, BUT they will retrieve it and send it to me the next day.</p> <p>Firstly my impression of Estelle, the sales lady was well, terrible. Rude, and looked like i was bothering her when i came to fetch the car.</p> <p>I accepted the solution, took the car, told the Manager Toyer that the smash and grab I asked to be added looks scratched and not the same colour as i asked for. He said it happens with time!! IE NOT NEW!!!</p> <p>I took the car anyway, with his promise, Any issue i have they will adress, and drove back to my house 30 Km away. On the way there i heard a faint "knocking" sound on the tyres, as it was late i left it, but called them on the monday to let them know about the tint and the tyres, and to remind them i need the docs, plates and key.</p> <p>Eventually after havingg to call them several times, they said they will come and fetch the car from me the Thursday and get it fixed, and return it to me then. NOTE!! NO MENTION OF THE "NEW" Smash and grab!!</p> <p>I accepted the gesture, and waited for them to let me know when they were at my office to fetch the car....after calling them several times, i was told the driver was off ill, and they will do it on friday.</p> <p>After calling them several times again on friday morning, i was told the driver is late! I waited, and at 2 i called them and said that i am leaving work. They rep****, Monday it is then, i told them i have meetings Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 to 3 and they please need to be there at 7 and return the car by 3.</p> <p>Again i was promised it would happen. Again it didnt.</p> <p>Tuesday at 11:18 i get a call from reception the driver is there, guess what, i was in a meeting, so i asked them to wait please. 15min later i get the second call, i then excused myself from the meeting so i could run down and give them the keys. Guess what, they were gone!</p> <p>Now they turn around and tell me the drivers waited 45 min, and its my fault, i need to take the car to them?? Still the issue of the smash and grab has not been resolved.</p> <p>I took the car to 4 different places to tell me what the noise is, they said its the tyres. I reported this to the dealer, saying i am willing to get the tyres replaced and pay half the costs, but now they want ME to take the car there, leave it there for a day, and then have their TYRE EXPERT look at it?? Why?? hiding something maybe??</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had more than enough. This is just the start, i will let wesbank and all the other finance houses know of this pathetic bunch!!</p>
