Faulty Nissan Primastar bus from Easy Cars

I am a part time owner of a Pub and Bistro outside Swellendam and have bought a Nissan Primastar minibus from Easy Cars end June 2015. The purpose of acquiring the bus is to transport restaurant clients. I drove the bus back to Swellendam after I received it late afternoon and noted several faults with it. I took the vehicle to a local repairer and was given a quote of R27000 for repair work. Upon contacting the dealer they wanted the vehicle back to do the said repairs but expected ME to return the vehicle at my cost entirely!!! I then proceeded with legal action, but withdrew it after consulting with Toyer (Manager) and was promised prompt and proper repair work. I returned the bus (with good faith and at my cost) on 25 Aug 2015 and I am still waiting for it to be returned. Every time I enquire I'm told that they are still waiting for parts. (do they get their parts from the moon or another planet?). They always promise to send me progress updates but always fail to do so. I have now resumed legal proceedings to get a refund. I have offered to buy another bus from them within the same price range but they don't seem to be interested. Anybody want to buy from Easy Cars, beware..
