<p>i bought a Vito last year November 2015 until today I'm struggling to get the outstanding monies that was promised for my bumper that wasn't fix by the dealer!</p>

As previously discussed with you telephonically, you made the purchase of your vehicle in November 2015, the first contact you made with us thereafter was in July 2016, more than 7 months after taking delivery of your vehicle.
When you made contact, you sent us a quotation for work to be carried out on your vehicle that was not discussed with us, also without giving us the chance to inspect the damage that you were referring to.
