Bad attitude, Late/no delivery, Repairs/servicing, Damaged goids, Feedback/Response
On 2014-11-27 I trade-in my SUV for another SUV which cost R150 000-00. I got R50 000-00 for my SUV and paid in R100 000-00 cash. I received the vehicle on 03-12-2014, a delay in delivery because according to Victor the vehicle went for a service and some faults were discovered, which had to be rectified. The vehicle was 8 days in my possession when the engine seized on Pikenierskloof Pass on the 10th of December 2014. Since this date until now my vehicle is not repaired yet and is still with Helderberg Service Station in the Strand. Toyer also told me that he cannot commenced with the repairs on my vehicle unless I contributes R8000-00 to the repairs. I suggested to him to rather refund me or replace that vehicle with another one. To my surprise Toyer came up with a lot of excuses why he could'nt refund me or replace my vehicle with a other vehicle of my choice. Above request was made during December 2014 and January 2015. On 16 February 2015 I reported the matter to the Consumer Protector. Toyer did not even honour the Consumer Protector's appointments or phone calls. In the meantime I as the consumer is suffering. I do not know when my problem will be resolved.
