Absolute disgraceful service!!!

Easy Cars Mahindra in Strand is an absolute disgrace!! They have made our first experience buying a car an absolute hell!! It is almost 4 months now since we got the car that they haven't repaired a part on the vehicle which I reported 4 hours after we collected the vehicle for the first time which was on 18th of February. Our car is now again with them for almost two weeks and now they are telling us we won't get it back in this week but the vehicle has been standing still since last week Friday and each time Easy Cars tells me they going to send the part away and still till this very minute they haven't send it away!! They are wasting time and I just don't know what to do anymore because they are just dragging the whole process and being very inconvenient for us and we have to call them all the time and use our airtime to follow up since 18th February. This is sickening!
