Rude Staff and Unfair Treatment at Easy Build

I visited Easy Build Olievenhoutbosch yesterday 3 August 2025 stood in the queue at the loading/collection point for over 1 hour and 30 minutes, with no movement at all. Out of frustration, I approached the staff member at the entrance to ask for help. Instead of assisting me, he shouted at me and told me to go find the manager myself. When I asked how I’d know who the manager is, he said I should “ask other people, am I the only staff member in this store”, all in a rude, disrespectful tone.

I then went to the staff at the loading area to raise my concern and was treated the same way. Rude. Dismissive. Unhelpful. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this store. When I was still standing there I noticed that the reason the queue was not moving is because they were assisting customers who were not even in the queue. Customers who came after us, who were not even in the queue were being assisted. It seemed like they were being given special treatment. These customers seemed like they were not doing this for the first time they buy and then go to the outside of the premises to collect. The whole experience felt unfair and poorly managed.

I deeply regret spending my money at Easy Build. I will never shop there again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
