Bad, rude service from a store senior staff member

I went shopping at Mabopane's Easy Tiles store on Saturday, the 17th July and was treated badly and sweared at by a manager (Ayob) at the store. Apparently that is how he is. I have also locked in a complaint via email and until today (21 July evening), there is not even an acknowledgement of mail receipt from their side. So from a customer service side, this particular store sucks. Not sure as to whether the whole value chain is better at treating customers fairly, it stands to be seen.

Truthfully i am sadly disappointed at the query handling process and customer comms function, it failed them dismally when looking at my situation. Their managers'client conduct and engagement is also dismal to say the least.
